About modification of the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine concerning work
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
Bring in the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine concerning work approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 11, 2015 No. 96 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 21, Art. 584; 2017, No. 69, Art. 2083; 2019, No. 65, Art. 2233; 2020, No. 2, Art. 65), following changes:
the paragraph one of Item 10 to state in the following edition:
"10. State work the Chairman who is appointed to position and is dismissed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the legislation on public service heads.";
to replace paragraphs of the first and second of Item 11-1 with the paragraph of the following content:
"11-1. The chairman Gostruda has four deputies, one of whom the first which are appointed to position and are dismissed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the legislation on public service.".
