About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of Central Election Commission No. 137/2006

Based on Art. 18 and the item c) h (1) DECIDES: Art. 22 of the Code about elections No. 1381/1997 and item 23 of the Regulations of Central Election Commission approved by the Resolution of Central Election Commission No. 137/2006, Central Election Commission

1. To add the regulations of Central Election Commission approved by the Resolution of Central Election Commission No. 137/2006, with Item 33/1 of the following content:

"33/1. In case of the announcement of emergency state or emergency state in the field of public health care in the territory of the Republic of Moldova, and also under reasonable circumstances when members cannot be present at the building or at commission sessions, at the request of members their participation in commission sessions by means of information and communication technologies and/or through platforms online of video conferences can be organized.
