About modification and amendments in the Law "About Legal Regime of Emergency State"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 4 of the Law of March 21, 2012 No. ZR-106 "About legal regime of emergency state" (further - the Law):
Item 6 to state 1) in the following edition:
"6) the bodies, the stipulated in Article 8 these Laws performing single management of the means and forces providing legal regime of emergency state, and coordinating implementation of the applied actions both application of restrictions, and circle of their competences;";
Item 7 after the word of "implementation" to add 2) with the words "and applications of restrictions".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 7 of the Law:
a) add with Item 1.1 of the following content:
"1. 1) in case of the state of emergency declared based on the emergency situation which arose owing to epidemic - restriction of the right to personal liberty for the purpose of prevention of spread of infectious disease, dangerous to society;";
b) Item 3 after the word "restrictions" to add with words ", restrictions on condition of the organization and implementation of educational process";
c) to add Item 5 after the word "perform" with the words "and to participate in them";
d) Item 7 after the word "implementation" to add with words ", regulation of number of the passengers transported by vehicles";
e) to add Item 9 after the word of "powers" with the words "and functions, activities of the state non-profit organizations", and after the word "suspension" - words ", and also temporary change of forms and methods of implementation of functions of the bodies and organizations specified in this Item".
Article 3. To state article 8 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 8. Features of public administration in the territory of emergency state
