Article 1. No. ZR-177 "About insurance and insurance activity" (further - the Law) to add the law of April 9, 2007 with Article 115.1 of the following content:
"Article 115.1. Provision of insurance mystery of the Commission on prevention of corruption
1. In the cases established by the Law "About the Commission on Prevention of Corruption", provision of the Commission on prevention of corruption of the data which are insurance secret is not considered publication of insurance secret.".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 118 of the Law to replace number "115" with number "115.1".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
