About modification and amendments in the Law "About Target Use of the Nature Protection Tax Paid by the Companies"

Article 1. In article 1 of the Law of May 15, 2001 No. ZR-188 "About target use of the nature protection tax paid by the companies" (further - the Law):

The first paragraph to state 1) in the following edition:

"Assignments from the nature protection tax paid by the companies having mineral right for the purpose of production of metal minerals of the Republic of Armenia, and also other companies established by authorized body of the sphere of the environment are performed and reflected in the first line in the budget of that community in the territory of which activities of the specified companies make harmful effects. The authorized body of the sphere of the environment establishes the list of the companies specified in this paragraph based on the criteria established by the order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.";

2) the second paragraph after the second offer to state in the following edition: "The amount of assignments is determined, proceeding from the total amount of the nature protection tax which is actually paid by the relevant companies specified in this Article, of the government budget by results of the second, third and fourth preceding the next fiscal year (for 2018 and the next years - calculated by single tax calculations of nature protection tax and payments for environmental management), subtracting in the amount of the assignments made to the corresponding communities according to the procedure, established by this Law, by the first two years preceding fiscal year. Creation of the list of communities and (or) settlements and calculation of the amount of distribution of assignments for communities and (or) settlements performs authorized body of the sphere of the environment according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. In article 3 of the Law:
