Article 1. "About the Constitutional court" (further - the Law) to state parts 3 and 4 of article 21 of the Constitutional law of January 17, 2018 to No. ZR-42 in the following edition:

4. Appoints the chief of staff of the Constitutional court to position and the chairman of the Constitutional court dismisses. The position of the chief of staff of the Constitutional court is the state managerial position.".

Article 2. To state Chapter 9 of the Law in the following edition:

"Chapter 9. Service in the device of the Constitutional court

Article 87. Features of service

1. Professional activity in the device of the Constitutional court, except for the labor activity connected with functions on maintenance is civil service. The workers occupying the corresponding personnel in the device are civil servants, and the assistant judge - holding the state conceptual position. The direct head of the assistant judge is the corresponding judge.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
