About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Local Duties and Payments"

Article 1. "About local duties and payments" (further - the Law) to state Item 9 of part 1 of article 9 of the Law of December 26, 1997 to No. ZR-185 in the following edition:
"9) for permission of sale in the administrative territory of community in the cases of alcoholic and alcoholic beverages or tobacco products or substitutes of tobacco products provided by the law (except for substitutes of tobacco products of medical appointment) or similarity of tobacco products;".
Article 2. In article 12 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 9 of part 1 of the word "and (or) for permission of sale of tobacco products" "or for permission of sale of tobacco products or substitutes of tobacco products or similarity of tobacco products according to the restrictions established by the law";
Shall be replaced with words 2) in the subitem "b" of Item 9 of part 1 of the word "for permission of sale of tobacco products for every quarter" "for permission of sale of tobacco products or substitutes of tobacco products or similarity of tobacco products according to the restrictions established by the law for every quarter".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
