The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Recognize invalid the regulatory legal acts and separate provisions of regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation containing mandatory requirements which observance is estimated in case of monitoring procedure behind activities of representative offices of foreign state bodies and organizations for adoption (adoption) of children in the territory of the Russian Federation and representative offices of foreign non-profit non-governmental organizations, according to the list according to appendix.
2. Repeal the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of August 30, 2012 No. 676 "About approval of Administrative regulations of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation on execution of the state function on control of activities of representative offices of foreign state bodies and the organizations for adoption (adoption) of children in the territory of the Russian Federation and activities for adoption (adoption) of children in the territory of the Russian Federation of representative offices of foreign non-profit non-governmental organizations" (registration No. 25942) is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 27, 2012.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
