About entering of amendments into the Constitutional law "Regulations of National Assembly"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on May 11, 2020

Article 1. Part 2 of article 5 of the Constitutional law of December 16, 2016 No. ZR-9 "Regulations of National assembly" (further - the Law) to add with Item 23 following of content:

"23. Appoints the permanent commission of National assembly having competence to propose the candidate for the commissions choosing winners of the state awards of the Republic of Armenia and for committees on awards ceremonies.".

Article 2. To "National assembly" to add Item 3 of part 1 of article 12 of the Law after the word with the words "or to other state bodies".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
