About entering of amendments into the Constitutional law "Regulations of National Assembly"

Article 1. Article 109 of the Constitutional law of December 16, 2016 No. ZR-9 "Regulations of National assembly" (further - the Law) to add with part 4.1 following of content:

"4.1. The statement for the termination of powers of the judge of the Constitutional court based on assumption of fundamental disciplinary breach can be based on the materials provided by the Commission on prevention of corruption.".

Article 2. In article 141 of the Law:

1) part 4:

a) after the words "certifying documents" to add with words ", and also the questionnaire completed with the candidate about respectability";

b) add with the new offer of the following content: "In case of satisfaction the chairman of National assembly within one day represents to requirements of the Constitution and the law the completed questionnaire about respectability to the Commission on prevention of corruption with the purpose to receive the advisory proceeding within ten days.";

Part 6 to state 2) in the following edition:

"6. The question of election of the judge of the Constitutional court is discussed according to the procedure, established by part 5 of Article 136 of Regulations, after promotion of the candidate, at the next regular meetings of National assembly in time which will provide the provision by the Commission on prevention of corruption of the advisory proceeding about the candidate established by part 4 of this Article.".

Article 3. In article 144 of the Law:

1) part 2:

a) after the words "certifying documents" to add with words ", and also the questionnaire completed with the candidate about respectability";
