In Item 38 of part 1 of article 2 of the Law of December 22, 2010 "About funded pensions" (further - the Law) words" (except for the serving republican executive bodies of defense, police, homeland security of the Republic of Armenia and commander's and not commander's structure of system of service of rescuing Armenia, criminal and executive employees and forced contractors of court resolutions)" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-244 "(except for the serving bodies of defense, police, homeland security and commander's and not commander's structure of system of service of rescuing, criminal and executive employees and forced contractors)".
Article 2. In Item 3 of Appendix to the Law of the word of "National statistical service of the Republic of Armenia" shall be replaced with words "Statistical committee".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
