2) the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 14, 2020 No. 123 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 2, 2020 No. 111 "About some questions of export of separate goods from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 20392, it is published on April 15, 2020 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
2. To provide to department of production and conversion of crop products of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective since June 1, 2020 and is subject to official publication.
