About entering of amendments into the Law "About Power"

Article 1. Article 24 of the Law of March 7, 2001 No. ZR-148 (further - the Law) to add with part 2.1 following of content:
"2.1. Together with the documents established by part of 1 this Article for receipt of the license for production of electrical energy (capacity), production of heat energy or the combined production of electrical and heat energy, the applicant represents also the statement containing the information about these owners in sense of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About state registration of legal entities, the state accounting of the allocated divisions, organizations of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" as of five days preceding day of the address for receipt of the license.".
Article 2. Add the law with Article 28.1 of the following content:
"Article 28.1. Submission of the statement containing the information about these owners of licensed person
1. Person having the license for production of electrical energy (capacity), production of heat energy or the combined production of electrical and heat energy, within 14 days after state registration of change of information about this owner according to the procedure and the terms established by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About state registration of legal entities, the state accounting of the allocated divisions of organizations of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs" shall report about it to the commission, having provided the statement containing the information about these owners.
2. Non-presentation by the licensed person specified regarding 1 this Article, the commission of information (including statements) according to the procedure, established by the same part, attracts the prevention.
