About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About streamlining of trading activity in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 30, 2014 No. 560

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About streamlining of trading activity in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 30, 2014 No. 560 the following changes:

in Rules of trade in separate types of the goods in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

add Chapter 2 with Section 2.3 of the following content:

"2.3. Requirements to directorate of the markets and shopping centers (houses)

50-1. The directorate of the markets and shopping centers (houses) shall:

- hand over in tenancy and floor spaces to subjects of entrepreneurship for trade and/or storage of agricultural products, food, nonfoods, to objects of public catering, for rendering services to the population, in the presence of the document issued by authorized state body based on which the subject of entrepreneurship performs the business activity (registration availability in tax authorities and/or the patent, and also the insurance policy);

- together with law-enforcement bodies to exercise control on protection of public order and fight against offenses;
