Automobile gas-filling compressor station

availability at the legal entity - the tax resident of member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union of the rights to design and technical documentation in the amount sufficient for production, upgrades and developments of the corresponding products, for the term of at least 5 years;

availability in the territory of one of member countries of the Eurasian Economic Union of the service center, authorized to perform repair, after-sale and guarantee maintenance of products;

implementation in the territory of the Russian Federation till December 31, 2021 at least 17 of the following technological transactions, since January 1, 2022 - all following technological transactions creating key parameters (influencing key parameters) products, from among used in case of production process:

it is flexible;

cutting cutting transaction accomplishment;

mechanoprocessing (drilling, turning, milling, turning transactions, polishing);

welding (frames, framework);

production of the capacity equipment;

production of pipelines of compressor installation (installations);

the destroying and (or) nondestructive control;

designing of systems of automation and electricity distribution;

production of power electric cases (panels);

production of cases (panels) of management;

production of the compressor aggregate on basic frame;

centering of the equipment;

production of cooling system of compressor installation (installations);

production of the lubrication system of compressor installation (installations);

drawing covering (coloring) (details, product assembled);

production of accumulators of gas;

production of the block of preparation and drying of gas;

production of gas-filling columns;

writing of the management program by the station;

loading of the management program in the controller;

testing of compressor installation (installations) as a part of automobile gas-filling compressor station.

Technological transactions are performed in the territory of the company applicant and (or) in the territory of the companies - suppliers of details, the nodes completing for production, being in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Till January 1, 2021 observance of percentage cost portion of the foreign details used in case of production of goods, nodes and component parts - no more than 60 percent of cost of all materials, details, nodes and component parts used in case of production of goods.

Till December 31, 2022 observance of percentage cost portion of the foreign details used in case of production of goods, nodes and component parts - no more than 50 percent of cost of all materials, details, nodes and component parts used in case of production of goods.

Since January 1, 2023 observance of percentage cost portion of the foreign details used in case of production of goods, nodes and component parts - no more than 40 percent of cost of all materials, details, nodes and component parts used in case of production of goods".
