About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About political parties"

The subitem 8) of Item 1 of Article 9 to add 1) with the words "taking into account requirements of this Law";

The word of "forty" to replace 2) in Item 6 of Article 10 with the word of "twenty";

To add 3) with Article 15-1 of the following content:

"Article 15-1. Features of promotion from political party of candidates of the Majilis of Parliament, maslikhat

The political party in case of approval of party candidate lists in deputies of the Majilis of Parliament, maslikhat includes in them the women and persons who did not reach twenty-nine-year age in number of at least thirty percent from total number of candidates.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
