About modification and amendments in the Law "About Public Service"

Article 1. From part 3 of article 3 of the Law of March 23, 2018 ZR-206-N "About public service" (further - the Law) the words "judicial service" to exclude.

Article 2. To add part 5 of article 5 of the Law after the word of "head" with the word of "deputy".

Article 3. To add part 3 of article 8 of the Law before words of "deputy attorney general" with words "judges (including judges of the Constitutional court),".

Article 4. In article 9 of the Law:

"Part 14" shall be replaced with words 1) in part 10 of the word "parts 14 and 14.1";

To add 2) with part 14.1 following of content:

"14.1. Appoints the assistant judge to position, dismisses, grants leave and the head of Judicial department, and the assistant judge of the Constitutional court - the chief of staff of the Constitutional court according to the proposal of the corresponding judge applies encouragement measures.";

3) in part 16 the word of "Minister" shall be replaced with words "The vice-Prime Minister, the minister", and "provides" the same part after the word to add with the words "also applies encouragement measures".

Article 5. To state part 4 of article 31 of the Law in the following edition:

"4. The public employee in the cases provided by the Constitutional law "The Electoral Code of the Republic of Armenia" can perform the work following from the status of the member of the electoral commission (except for the member of Central Election Commission) or the specialist servicing technical equipment in the electoral commission.".

Article 6.

1. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
