About modification and amendments in the Law "About the Commission on Prevention of Corruption"

Article 1. In article 9 of the Law of June 9, 2017 ZR-96-N "About the Commission on prevention of corruption" (further - the Law):

Part 4 to state 1) in the following edition:

"4. For the choice of candidates for position of the member of the commission the chairman of National assembly creates competitive council (further - Council).";

Part 5 to state 2) in the following edition:

"5. Council is constituted on one member appointed by the Government, National assembly, the Supreme judicial council, the Defender of human rights and Chamber of lawyers. The member of council from National assembly is appointed on agreement of opinion (consensus) of fractions. The nominated person meeting requirements of part 1 of article 10 of this Law can be the member of council. For inclusion in structure of Council the chairman of National assembly addresses to the Government, fractions of National assembly, the Supreme judicial council, to the Defender of human rights and to Chamber of lawyers for promotion by everyone on one candidate within ten days.";

Part 6 to state 3) in the following edition:

"6. If in sense of this Article the body having the right to propose the candidate of Council, in time, established by part 5 of this Article, does not propose the candidate, then the same body proposes the candidate within ten days.";

4) part 7 to recognize invalid;

Shall be replaced with words 5) in part 8 of the word "the right to promotion of the candidate for this position by the same body remains" "the chairman of National assembly according to the procedure, established by this Article, within 10 days addresses to competent authorities for the purpose of forming of new competitive council";
