1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. Item 17 Edited the conclusions and to state execution of the construction contracts approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 15, 1998 No. 1450, in the following edition:
"17. The asset construction terms (accomplishment of construction works) established in the agreement shall not exceed duration of construction determined by the project documentation and conditions of procedures of purchases.
In exceptional cases change (prolongation) of terms of construction of facilities (except for objects which term of construction is established by decisions of the President of the Republic of Belarus or the Government of the Republic of Belarus) is performed under approval:
with the Ministry of Architecture and the Ministry of Economics - concerning the objects financed with attraction of financial resources of the republican budget, except for objects of housing construction;
with city (Minsk, the cities of regional subordination), district executive committees - concerning objects of housing construction (in case of primary change (prolongation) of terms of construction), and also other objects financed without attraction of financial resources of the republican budget;
with regional, executive committees - concerning objects of housing construction (in case of repeated change (prolongation) of terms of construction).
