Make changes to Item 8 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 11, 2020 No. 211 "About prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 23, of the Art. 896, No. 30, of the Art. 1067), having stated it in the enclosed edition.

State Item 8 in the following edition:
"8. For quarantine holding planned actions for hospitalization and planned transactions is forbidden to healthcare institutions, except:
delivery of health care in the territory of areas, Kiev in which fullness of beds in the healthcare institutions determined for hospitalization of patients with the confirmed case of COVID-19, makes less than 50 percent;
delivery of health care owing to the complicated course of pregnancy and childbirth;
delivery of health care to pregnant women, women in labor, women in childbirth, newborns;
delivery of health care in specialized departments of healthcare institutions to patients with oncological diseases;
rendering palliative medical care in stationary conditions;
carrying out other urgent and urgent measures on hospitalization and planned transactions if as a result of their transfer (delay) there is significant risk for life.
Patients to whom medical care in connection with holding planned actions for hospitalization or planned transaction is provided are subject to obligatory testing for SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus availability by method of polymerase chain reaction.".
