About modification of the Order of the Government No. 182/2018 about certificates of veterans of war

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 182/2018 about certificates of veterans of war (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 68-76, 213) to make the following changes:

1) in Item 3 of the resolution:

a) in the subitem 1) to replace figures "2020" with figures "2021";

b) in the subitem 3) to replace figures "2021" with figures "2022";

c) add with the subitem 6) of the following content:

"6) if after the expiration specified in the subitem 1) statements for assignment (confirmation) of the status of the veteran of war will arrive, the Interdepartmental commission on ensuring replacement and certification of the veteran of war and the departmental commissions on consideration of the applications about certification of the veteran of war will be convoked as required, depending on the number of the received applications, according to the decision of chairmen of these commissions.";

To add 2) with Item 6-1 of the following content:

"6-1. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs:

To create 1), if necessary, the commissions in case of territorial inspectorates of police from the combat zone, for the purpose of consideration and establishment of supporting documents of volunteers which carried out the missions on fighting line items or special missions coordinated by them for the purpose of ensuring efficiency of fighting on protection of territorial integrity and independence of the Republic of Moldova;

To approve 2) in accordance with the established procedure regulations on the organization and functioning of the commissions specified in the subitem 1).

Decisions of the commissions will be considered and affirm according to Regulations on procedure for assignment of the status of the veteran of war and certification of the veteran of war.";

3) in appendix No. 2 to the Regulations on procedure for assignment of the status of the veteran of war and certification of the veteran of war:
