About modification of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Regarding the 2nd Article 284 of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of July 1, 1998 "places of implementation of such actions or finding of person petitioning for their implementation" shall be replaced with words words "the first instance of the general jurisdiction of the city of Yerevan".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
