About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Television and Radio"

Article 1. In article 29 of the Law of October 9, 2000 "About television and radio" (further - the Law) the words "office of the Commission" in the corresponding case forms shall be replaced with words ZR-97 "Commission".
Article 2. To declare Item 26 of part 1 of article 36 of the Law invalid.
Article 3. In article 40 of the Law:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 7 of part 1 of the word "general … device" "Commission of Television and Radio state body";
8 parts 1 word of "device" to exclude 2) from Item.
Article 4. In article 44 of the Law:
1) in part 5 of the word "chief of staff" shall be replaced with words "principal secretary";
2) the first offer of part 11 to state in the following edition:
"Commission sessions are recorded";
3) the fourth offer of part 11 to state in the following edition: "In the Commission the register of decisions of the Commission is kept.".
Article 5. In article 45 of the Law:
1) in heading the word "device" shall be replaced with words "structural divisions";
1 word of "device" shall be replaced with words 2) in the first offer of part "structural divisions";
The word of "device" to exclude 3) from part 2.
Article 6. In part 19 of article 45.1 of the Law of the word "office of the Commission" shall be replaced with words "The commission by means of structural divisions".
Article 7. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
