About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of NKREKP
According to provisions of Articles 4, 32 Laws of Ukraine "About the natural gas market" and article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Code of gas-transport system approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of September 30, 2015 No. 2493, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 6, 2015 for No. 1378/27823, the following changes:
1) in the Section III:
in Chapter 2:
add Item 7 with signs and words ", according to the procedure, determined in the Technical agreement";
state Item 9 in the following edition:
"9. Features of accounting of natural gas in points of entry and points of exit between the operator of gas-transport system and operators of adjacent systems or other subjects which are directly connected to gas-transport system are regulated by the Code and the technical agreement signed between the specified subjects (further - the technical agreement) which cannot contradict requirements of the Code.";
in Chapter 7:
Item 2 in paragraph one "(in the presence)" to exclude symbols and words;
in Item 3" (in case of its availability)" to exclude symbols and words;
2) in Item 2 of Chapter 1 of the Section IV:
in the paragraph the second "(in case of need)" to exclude symbols and words;
add with the new paragraph of such content:
"the list of the commercial and/or duplicative gas metering stations established in physical points of input and output in/from gas-transport system which are determined by the technical agreement;";
