About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 3, 2005 No. 1224
Based on article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 27, 2008 "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 429-Z
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of November 3, 2005 No. 1224 "About quoting of production of alcoholic products, non-food ethyl alcohol, antiseptic medicinal, veterinary and the disinfectants relating to non-food alcohol-containing products" the following changes:
from Item 5 of the word to "Ministry of Agriculture and Food", and ", to the Ministry of Health" to exclude;
according to the procedure of distribution of quotas for production of alcoholic products, non-food ethyl alcohol, antiseptic medicinal, veterinary and the disinfectants relating to non-food alcohol-containing products, approved by this resolution:
from the paragraph of the third item 4 of the word "Ministries of Agriculture and Food, Ministries of Health" to exclude;
in Item 6 part two:
in paragraph one of the word "till October 20" shall be replaced with words "till October 10";
from paragraph two of the word "Ministries of Agriculture and Food, Ministries of Health" to exclude;
word in paragraph three to "the specified ministries" to exclude;
in subitem 7.5 of Item 7 of the word "at least 90 percent" shall be replaced with words "at least 95 percent";
