About modification of the Procedure for holding target auctions for sale of property of the taxpayer who is in tax pledge
According to Article 95 of Chapter 9 of the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine, the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2010 No. 1244 "Some questions of implementation of article 95 of the Tax Code of Ukraine", the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 21, 2019 No. 682 "Questions of the State Tax Administration" I ORDER:
1. Bring in the Procedure for holding target auctions for sale of property of the taxpayer who is in tax pledge, No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 22, 2017 518, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 15, 2017 for No. 748/30616, the following changes:
in Item 1 of the Section II of the word "customs" to exclude;
in the Section III:
in Item 4, the subitem 9 of Item 5 and Item 6 of the word "web page" in all cases to replace with the word "website" in the corresponding cases;
in the subitem 3 of Item 6 to replace the word "project" with the word "project";
in the second paragraph of item 4 of the Section V of the word "in the field of treasurer servicing" shall be replaced with words "in spheres of treasurer servicing of budgetary funds, financial accounting of execution of budgets".
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy and supervision of fiscal bodies:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
