About introduction of amendments to the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2020 No. 174/2019

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2020 No. 174/2019 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 393-399, 325) to make the following changes:

1. State Article 1 in the following edition:

"Art. 1. - Funds of compulsory medical insurance for 2020 affirm according to the income in 8151392,2 amount thousand lei and to expenses as 8383392,2 amount thousand lei, with deficit in 232000,0 amount thousand lei.".

2. In appendix 1:

in line item "I. The income, all" figures of "8383392,2" to replace with figures of "8151392,2";

in line item "III." Figures of "0,0" to replace budget balance with figures "-232000,0";

in line item "IV. Financing sources, all" figures of "0,0" to replace with figures of "232000,0";

in line item "At the beginning of the period" figures of "403013,7" to replace balance in cash with figures of "549696,5";

in line item "At the end of the period" figures of "403013,7" to replace balance in cash with figures of "317696,5".

3. In appendix 1.1:

in line item "The income, all" figures of "8383392,2" to replace with figures of "8151392,2";

in line item figures of "5329985,2" to replace "Assignments and fees on compulsory insurance" with figures of "5097985,2";

in line item figures of "5329985,2" to replace "Fees of compulsory medical insurance" with figures of "5097985,2";

in line item "To replace the fees of compulsory medical insurance estimated as a percentage of the salary and other payments, paid by each category of payers" figures of "5204862,2" with figures of "4972862,2".

Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
