About modification of the Characteristic and classification signs of types of voluntary insurance

According to Item 21-1 of part four and part five of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About insurance", to the subitem 61 of item 4 of the Regulations on the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 1070, the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services DECIDED:

1. Bring in Item 3 of the Characteristic and classification signs of the types of voluntary insurance approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of July 9, 2010 No. 565, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 16, 2010 for No. 1119/18414, the following changes:

1) in subitem 3.11:

in paragraph one of the word "agricultural products" to exclude;

add with the new paragraph the sixth the following content:

"insurance of agricultural products on risks other, than provided by subitem 3.22 of this Item;";

2) in subitem 3.20:

to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:

"Conditions of voluntary insurance of guarantees issued (guarantees) and the accepted guarantees can provide features of financial guarantee insurance which are provided:";
