1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on classification of characteristics of construction objects and procedure for carrying out the state architectural and construction supervision of construction objects, reconstruction and other changes of real estate objects in the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 10, 2009 No. 95 the following changes:
in Regulations on classification of characteristics of construction objects and the procedure for carrying out the state architectural and construction supervision of construction objects, reconstruction and other changes of real estate objects in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- declare Item 6 invalid;
- state Item 13 in the following edition:
"13. Taking into account value of acceptable risk for life activity all construction objects are subdivided into three categories: with raised, high and average risk factors.";
- to declare the subitem "g" of Item 14 invalid;
- in Item 14-1:
in paragraph five to replace figure "9" with figures "12";
in paragraph six of figure "48" to replace with figures "60";
in paragraph seven of figure "40" to replace with figures "50";
- the third and fourth Item 15 to state paragraphs in the following edition:
