About entering of amendment into the Law "About Electronic Communication"

Article 1. ZR-176-N "About electronic communication" to add part 2 of article 49 of the Law of July 8, 2005 with item 4 of the following content:
"4) during emergency state - for the purposes, in cases, amounts established by the law and according to the procedure established by the Order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia about the announcement of emergency state.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective right after its official publication.
