Article 1.

Bring in the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the status of judges of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2008, Art. No. 6/2, 605) the following changes:

- add part with the paragraph of the following content:

"The list of the diseases interfering position assignment of the judge is established by the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.";

c) the paragraph one of part 2 to declare invalid;
