The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 23, 2018 No. 513 "About approval of Rules of provision of state grants for realization of the new business ideas to participants of the State program of development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship for 2017 - 2021 of Enbek:
To participants of the State program of development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship for 2017 - 2021 of Enbek approved by the specified resolution to be reworded as follows rules of provision of state grants for realization of the new business ideas according to appendix to this resolution;
2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 13, 2018 No. 746 "About approval of the State program of development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship for 2017 - 2021 of Enbek (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2018, No. 63, the Art. 361):
in the State program of development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship for 2017 - 2021 of Enbek approved by the specified resolution:
subitem 10) subsection 2.1. state in the following edition:
"10) starting business (startup project) - business projects of participants of the Program which term of state registration as legal person / registration of the status of the individual entrepreneur constitutes at the time of the request for the state grant, to the creditor behind the credit/microcredit less than one year;";
