2. Bring the following changes and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 04.10.2023 No. 862

2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2004 No. 1118 "Questions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 41, the Art. 530):

in Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

in functions of departments:

"49) conclusion, registration and decision making about early termination of investment contracts, except for special investment contracts;";
