About modification and amendments in the Law "About Local Self-government"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 35 of the Law of May 7, 2002 ZR-337 "About local self-government" (further – the Law):

To add 2) with Item 25.1 of the following content:
"25. 1) in the cases provided by the law acts as the representative of community in court, and also within the competence issues powers of attorney on performance in court;".
Article 2. To add article 57 of the Law with part 5.1 following of content:
"5.1. The deputy manager of community in the cases provided by the law acts as the representative of community in court, and also within the competence issues powers of attorney on performance in court.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
