About modification of some regulations
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In article 215 of the Criminal code of the Republic of Moldova No. 985/2002 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 72-74, 195), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
in the sanction of part (1) word "from 550 to 750 conventional units or imprisonment for a period of up to 1 year", shall be replaced with words "from 720 to 1000 conventional units or imprisonment for a period of up to 3 years,";
in the sanction of part (2) word "up to 5 years", shall be replaced with words "up to 7 years,".
Art. II. - In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218/2008 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 78-84, 100), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. Add the code with Article 76-1 of the following content:
"Article 76-1. Non-compliance with measures for prevention, prevention and/or fight against epidemic diseases
(1) Non-compliance with measures for prevention, the prevention and/or fight against epidemic diseases if it threatened public health,
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 450 to 500 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 1000 to 1500 conventional units.

2. In Article 400:
part ("73," to add 1) after figures with figures "76-1,";
in part (shall be replaced with words 3-3) words "and provided by Articles 228-245," "and provided by Articles 76-1, 228-245,".
3. In part (Article 406 of the word "Article 55-3," shall be replaced with words 1) "Articles 55-3 and 76-1,".
