About change of the Order of the State Tax Administration of the Republic of Moldova No. 481/2017
According to the h. (10) Art. 132-3 and item 31) h. (2) also for ensuring proper tax administration and establishment of single order of registration as the center of technical support for control and cash machines / to fiscal printers I ORDER to Art. 133 of the Tax code No. 1163/1997,:
I. The order GNS No. 481/2017 on approval of the Regulations on permission of activities of the centers of technical support of cash registers with fiscal memory to change as follows:
1) in the order and the Provision:
a) words of "cash registers with fiscal memory" and words of "cash registers" in any case shall be replaced with words "control and cash machines / fiscal printers" in the corresponding case;
b) to replace abbreviation of "KKM" with abbreviation of "KKM/FP";
in appendices to the Provision:
the words "masina de casa si de control cu memorie fiscala" and the words "masini de casa si de control" in any case shall be replaced with words "masina de casa si de control/imprimante fiscale" in the corresponding case;
to replace abbreviation of "MCC" with abbreviation of "MCC/IF";
2) in the order and the Provision:
a) shall be replaced with words the words "on the single portal of the state services (www.servicii.gov.md)" "on the government portal of open data (www.date.gov.md)";
c) shall be replaced with words the words "The Orders of the Government No. 474 of April 28, 1998 about Application of Cash Registers with Fiscal Memory in case of Payments with Cash" "The orders of the Government No. 141/2019 about use of the control and cash equipment when implementing calculations" in the corresponding case;
3) in the Provision:
a) in Item 2:
state the concepts "cash register with fiscal memory" and "Unified Register of Cash Registers" of the following edition:
