About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the field of state registration of acts of civil status
According to the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 9, 2019 No. 870 "Some questions of territorial authorities of the Ministry of Justice" for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation I ORDER:
1. In the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 27, 2010 No. 3335/5 "About approval of the Procedure for provision of paid services of state registration of acts of civil status by departments", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 29, 2010 for No. 1380/18675:
state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. To provide to chiefs of interregional managements of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine implementation of calculations of cost of paid services which can be provided by departments of state registration of acts of civil status according to the legislation, and together with certain amount of payment for their provision to give to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.";
words "the head territorial administrations of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol" shall be replaced with words "interregional managements of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine".
2. In Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 11, 2011 No. 1076/5 "About increase in overall performance of departments of state registration of acts of civil status", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 12, 2011 for No. 474/19212:
