About modification of Article 21 of the Security act of foodstuff No. 306/2018
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - Part (3) Article 21 of the Security act of foodstuff No. 306/2018 (2019, 120) to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 59-65, in the following edition:
"(3) import of foodstuff Is forbidden if the rest of their expiration date constitutes less than a half of the term established by the producer.".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
