About modification of the Regulations on percentage policy of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 6, of 7, of 15, of 25, 27 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 66 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for determination of the size of loan interest rates of refinancing the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in Item 15 of the Section IV of Provisions on percentage policy of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 21, 2016 No. 277 (with changes), such changes:

Paragraph two to state 1) in the following edition:

"The National Bank during announcement of the quantitative tender for maintenance of liquidity of banks on refinance credits establishes more than 14 days interest rate at the level of discount rate plus constant in percent points which affirms board decision of National Bank after consideration by Committee on monetary policy.";

2) the first offer of the paragraph of third after words of "liquidity of banks" to add with words and figures "up to 14 days";

Item to add 3) with the new paragraph of such content:

"The National Bank when carrying out the percentage tender for maintenance of liquidity of banks establishes over 14 days refinancing loan interest rate depending on the offers arriving from banks. The extreme minimum level of interest rate cannot be lower, than discount rate plus constant in percent points which affirms board decision of National Bank after consideration by Committee on monetary policy.".
