Single Article. - Part (1) article 61 of the Law on the government employee with special status of the Ministry of Internal Affairs No. 288/2016 (2017, 85), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 40-49, in the following edition:
"(1) the Individual administrative act about imposing of authority punishment is appealed by the government employee with special status directly in degree of jurisdiction.".
