About introduction of amendments to the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 19, 2011 No. 3539/5
According to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, to Articles 188-41, 221, 254 - 257 Codes of Ukraine about administrative offenses I ORDER:
1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 19, 2011 No. 3539/5 "About approval of the Instruction for registration of materials about administrative offenses", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 19, 2011 for No. 1465/20203, the following changes:
1) in the paragraph the second Item 2 of the word "regulations, right educational activities" shall be replaced with words "legal acts";
2) in Item 3 of the word "and bankruptcies (Moiseyev Yu. A.)" to exclude;
3) in item 4 of the word "To department of organizational and resource support (Wise S. I.), to chiefs of the head territorial administrations of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, district, district in the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol, gorrayonny and interdistrict justice departments" shall be replaced with words "To management of providing and document flow, chiefs of interregional managements of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine".
