About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Drugs"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on January 21, 2020
Article 1. In Items 16 and 55 of part of 1 Article 3, heading and part 1 of article 6 of the Law of May 17, 2016 "About drugs" (further – the Law) the words "the representative in the field of public administration" shall be replaced with words ZR-86-N "public administration, authorized on questions".
Article 2. In the subitem "d" of Item 2 of part 2 of article 21 of the Law of the word "public managerial institutions" shall be replaced with words "state bodies".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
