About modification of the Regulations on procedure for establishment of limits of open foreign exchange position by the National Bank of Ukraine and control of their observance by banks

According to requirements of Articles 44, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for control of observance of limits of open foreign exchange position of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: banks

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for establishment of limits of open foreign exchange position by the National Bank of Ukraine and control of their observance by banks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 12, 2005 No. 290, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 29, 2005 for No. 946/11226 (with changes), such changes:

1) in Item 9:

the paragraph one to add with words ", additional data of the statistical reporting and indicators of the statistical reporting which move according to the regulatory legal acts regulating submission of the statistical reporting by banks to National Bank";

"metals" to add paragraph two after the word with the words "according to the technique determined by National Bank";

Item 10 to state 2) in the following edition:

"10. The National Bank daily performs the analysis and control of observance by bank of the limits set by National Bank of values.";

3) in Item 11 of the word "non-compliance with limits, submission of the doubtful reporting and its untimely representation" shall be replaced with words "violation of requirements of this provision".

2. To department of the public markets (Sergey Ponomarenko) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution.

3. The resolution becomes effective since January 31, 2020.
