Article 1. "On regulation of managerial legal relationship" to state part 4 of article 14 of the Law of March 23, 2018 to ZR-207-N in the following edition:
"4. In managerial legal relationship the Prime Minister is higher body of the state bodies subordinated to the Government, heads of the state bodies subordinated to it, governors.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
