About modification and amendments in the Law "On Regulation of Managerial Legal Relationship"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on November 14, 2019

Article 1. In the Law of March 23, 2018 of ZR-207-N "On regulation of managerial legal relationship" (further – the Law) the words "regional administration" and "regional administrations" in the corresponding case forms shall be replaced with words governor apparatus and "offices of governors".

Article 2. To add article 19 of the Law with part 2 following of content:

"2. The name of governor apparatus includes the name of the respective area and the word governor apparatus.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
