The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2020, No. 5, of Art. 31 with subsequent changes) to add the law of Ukraine with article 27 of the following content:
"Article 27. Permit the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in 2020 for ensuring uninterruptedness of process of food of staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine formed according to the laws of Ukraine of other military forming and law enforcement agencies to extend till December 31, 2020 within the corresponding budgetary appropriations of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine effective period of purchase agreements of services in food which were effective in 2019".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
