1. Make change to appendix to the Instruction about procedure by Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of protection of the rights and the interests of investors protected by the law, the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits approved by the decision of May 26, 2016 No. 825, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 17, 2016 for No. 874/29004 (in edition of the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of October 10, 2019 No. 2605), having added the column the second line items "Restriction of guarantee" with the new paragraph of such content:
"12) on contribution, the satisfaction of requirements for which is suspended according to the Law of Ukraine "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, to financing of terrorism and financing of distribution of weapons of mass destruction".".
2. To provide to department of methodology, strategic planning and European integration together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
3. This decision becomes effective since April 28, 2020, but not earlier than the day following behind day of its official publication.
