Article 1. Bring in the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 5, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 1, h 1, the Art. 4, Art. 5; 2011, No. 12, Art. 840; 2012, No. 7, Art. 719; 2013, No. 3, Art. 180; 2015, No. 11, Art. 954; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 277; 2018, No. 1, Art. 7, No. 7-8, Art. 523; 2019, No. 1, Art. 7), following changes and amendments:

1. State Article 2 in the following edition:

"Article 2. Tasks of economic legal proceedings

Tasks of economic legal proceedings consist of the correct and timely consideration and permission of economic cases for the purpose of protection of the violated or disputed rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of physical (individual entrepreneurs) and legal entities, and also the rights and legitimate interests of the Republic of Tajikistan, public authorities, self-government institutions of settlements and villages, other persons which are subjects of civil, entrepreneurial, commercial, land, ecological and other legal relations. Economic legal proceedings shall promote strengthening of justice, legality and law and order, prevention of offenses, forming of respect for the law and court.".

2. In Article 11:

- regarding 2 words of "preserving the commercial, office or protected by the law other secret" shall be replaced with words "preserving the data containing official, trade secret or other secrets protected by the law";

- add with part 4 following of content:
