About introduction of amendments to article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. No. 294-IX "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2020" to add Item 1 of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine of November 14, 2019 with the subitem "g" of the following content:

"d) for ensuring accomplishment of debt obligations on borrowings of the State agency of highways of Ukraine for the purpose of financial provision of development of network and content of highways public of the state value.

The state agency of highways of Ukraine is exempted from obligations to provide property or other ensuring accomplishment of obligations on the state guarantees and to bring payment for provision of the state guarantees".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in two-month time from the date of publication of this Law:

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
