1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 18, 2018 No. 196 "About approval of Rules of acquisition by subsoil users and their contractors of the goods, works and services used when carrying out transactions on investigation or hydrocarbon production and production of uranium" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 17122, it is published on July 16, 2018 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following amendment:
in Rules of acquisition by subsoil users and their contractors of the goods, works and services used when carrying out the transactions on investigation or hydrocarbon production and production of uranium approved by the specified order:
add Item 85 with subitem 3-1) of the following content:
"3-1) goods of the Kazakhstan origin confirmed by the certificate of origin of the CT-KZ form or the industrial certificate, issued by National chamber of entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of Atameken;".
2. To provide to department of subsurface use of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
